We had flooring America put new flooring in April 2007.They were recommended by our insurance.They did awful job and 2 yrs later,they are still fixing it. Make it worse every time. Now the supervisor won't get in touch with me. Their contact person is Rudy who does not follow up and supervisor who does not seem to care! They redid our floors last week.It is now worse-full of bubbles! Did not put our furniture back still! Not sure what to do next! Do not recommend them at all. more
