I bought cork flooring for my kitchen, laminate flooring for my entire downstairs (except the half bath), and the green carpet for stairs and the entire upstairs (except the bathrooms). There were two different installers who came in to complete each job. One installer for the downstairs and one installer for the upstairs. They did an immaculate job and I love my flooring. The customer service was outstanding and the pricing is reasonable. I will definitely be buying from this store again for all my flooring needs. I even bought a rug for my formal room from this store. more

My wife and I recently bought a new house and the the builder instructed us to go to Your Floor Stop to choose our flooring. We made very budgeted decisions, and chose what we thought would be nice flooring. The hardwood flooring we chose is beautiful in the store but on our floor it is strewn with nails that they used for installation. the floor is also uneven, creaks and has places where the unevenness is high enough to feel with shoes on. There are literally hundreds of nail holes throughout the house. They also charged us an extra $1000 above the cost of our home and then threatened to block the closing if we did not pay. They have said they would fix it repeatedly when the builder contacts them, and then dodge calls when I try to set up a time, this has been going on for over a year. I would not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances. I only gave them one star because this rating system requires it, my choice would be to give them no stars. Two of these reviews must be from competitors because this company did a great job for me. I had the first floor completely redone including hardwood, tile and carpet, and I could not be happier with the results. I got great design help which kept me from making some bad mistakes. and then installers were friendly and the attention to detail was amazing. I still look at the floor everytime I walk across it and am completely thrilled with the results. Not to mention that their prices beat the other places by more than 50% for the same product type. I purchased ceramic tile for my master bath from Your Floor Stop in Feb 2008. An independent subcontractor recommened by my salesperson handled the entire installation. They were prompt and neat and conducted themselves very professionally. They did a beautiful job! I highly recommend Your Floor Stop! Pros: Professional sales staff more

The floors were were a very poor quality. The store owner was contacted by our builder (another dishonest business man), an inspector was sent out and we were never allowed to see that report. To date, we have only been given lies, and the run around. The builder blamed it on the manufacturer, the store blamed the product, and so on and so on, until we are so tired of getting the run around. I guess they are hoping we would just give up. I've been very dissatisfied with the flooring in my home sold by Your Floor Stop. The floors are defective and my subsequent dealings with them have shown the store to be disingenuous at best. I DO NOT recommend using ""Your Floor Stop"" for your flooring. Cons: I have yet to find any pros. more
