Flooring 2 Day

We recently bought a house in Phoenix and needed work completed on a tight schedule. I'm pleased to write a review for these guys and sing the praises of Flooring 2day. They are professionals, good to work with and met the timetable with a fair price. There was tile removal and replacement, detailed bathroom tile work, and carpeting. The quality of materials and installation was first rate and they are honest. Solid company I will use again more

They started installing the tile part of the job on 2/14, made them removed old motar so the rectified tile would lay flat. It took them two days to remove the old motar and start to lay the tile. I noticed the tile was warped and requested to have the tile rep inspect. He agreed and ordered more tile only to find out that that tile was worse than the first. This company service rep did nothing but deflect the blame on the manufacturer. My home has been destroyed for over 15 days and they are stil not done with the work. They ran out of the same dye lot of tile so my upstairs bathrooms have a different dye lot. I asked them to compensate me for the 15 plus days of hell only to have them say that they will do nothing. I have not had a kitchen, bathrooms, family rooms or laundry room to use during this time. I would NEVER recommend this company. Please do yourself a favor and seek flooring elsewhere. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had to deal with. On a scale of 1-10 this company would be in the negative ! more

This company laid our floor incorrectly. To our surprise when we arrived back home after they finished. We let them know before they finished with the grout that it was not laid properly. They told us it wasn't their mistake, even after their install guy admitted to us that he didn't know how to lay it the way we wanted it. We were not made aware of that up front, because we were told we would get what we wanted. They told us it was our fault and they were not willing to fix it. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I would definitely look elsewhere! more

After saying the job would be done within 1 1/2 days, 2 months later still not done. They put down the competition and laughed that the competition said the job would take 3 days. Live and learn. If it sounds too good to be true, it is! After a week the job still was not done. They sent ONE GUY to do the whole job. I paid to have the furniture moved, but my friend and I had to move the furniture as they only sent one person for the entire job. I also found my most expensive piece of furniture lying outside in the dirt like a piece of trash. ** The worst part is after a couple of weeks they finally came to put the transitions in ... They were the wrong color! The representative on the phone there ADMITTED to me that they knew it was the wrong color and were simply hoping that I wouldn't notice. He said they were having this issue with many other clients and was (for what it's worth) very apologetic. I have never publicly complained about anything in my life, but my experience with Flooring 2Day is the worst experience I have ever had with any vendor. The worst part is it still isn't over. An unbelievable experience started almost 3 years ago when our laminate flooring was installed. Minor installation issues grew to a complete floor replacement. The subcontractors that Flooring 2 Day used, refused to correct any problems (actually wouldn't even answer the phone) Flooring 2 Day basically said it is my problem and sent me to the ROC. Several notifications later, Christine at Flooring 2 Day has completely dropped the ball and left the entire mess in my hands. Cons: Able to really mess things up more

My wife and I met with a design consultant and he brought an huge selection with him. My wife found exactly what she wanted and I got it for the right price. We had a minor issue with the timing of our carpet arriving, but the customer service handled it very professionally and paid us for the delay even though it wasn't their fault. Workmen were polite and cleaned up each day. Best communication between sales, customer service and installation manager. Everyone knew every step of the way. more

Honest hard-working family. Free estimates and what they say is what I paid. There was no hidden fees and they even needed more carpet than anticipated but because they gave me the amount, it comes out of their pocket, not mine. I appreciate honesty and they did a good job, too. Pros: No Hidden Fees more

I hired Flooring 2day to re do my floors for me a few years ago. It looks great and has held up over the years. I recently called them again to re do my upstairs family room. They are in my house today putting in carpet that is great quality. I highly recommend them! They are professional, clean and fast. Pros: Great floor installers. We had a flood at my company and needed new floors immediately to continue work. Called Flooring 2day and they gave us an estimate the same day and had installers in the NEXT day. My friend recently remodeled her kitchen and put laminate on her floor. It looked EXACTLY like wood. She told me how it cost half the price of real hardwood. We both have little ones and it is stain and scratch proof. She gave me a $50 OFF coupon Flooring 2day gave her to give to a friend (and she receives a $50 check). I really wanted hardwood floors in my home, but with recently losing my job and my husband providing the only income, we just couldn't afford it. Flooring 2day explained to us that the latest laminates look almost IDENTICAL to real wood, but for the laminate price. I wasn't convinced, but still made an appointment to see samples. He was 100% right!!! My new laminate floors look amazing. I am very grateful for the time, encouragement and understanding the Flooring 2day staff gave me, especially during a tough time in my family's life! Now I'm working from home, continuously enjoying my new floor. more

Nocturnalgirl lies. So you must not be very good. She always seems to be the first one to write a review so she has to be the one entering the business info and getting everything wrong. She claims other people make fake accounts just to write one review but I have found at least postings under 4 different names. I used to live near here and she is nuts.
