share my good purchase experience 8/26/2010

7. I would like to share my experience with fellow who may be considering a flooring project for your home but are anxious about the entire adventure, now and later. They installed my wood floors throughout upstairs living and dining about half a year ago. I was a Nervous Nelly about in the very beginning with so many questions and so little time. Not knowing exactly what would work best for my home. But I knew that if we were ever going to feel good about living and dining in my home, updating my floors was must. I?ll tell you, my experience was much easier than expected for a home renovation project. They has a wonderful selection in a beautiful showroom setting where I could lay out the samples and get a feel for how it would work. Floor & Design is definitely the best choice when making such an important investment in your home and life! ^^ more

I trust their service and quality! Their salesman is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about hardwood flooring , he made the whole experience easy. The installation process was great as well. The crew was on time and quick, and left no mess whatever. And most importantly, the floors look amazing! I love my new floors. more

we could not be happier with our choice 8/20/2010

I recently had Floor & Design install Laminate floor and carpet in my home, and throughout the entire process we have had zero complaints. As first-time home buyers we were overwhelmed with all the choices of Laminate floors. Thankfully we had Floor & Design helping us and we could not be happier with our choice. PS: The salesman was very impatient in introduced all the kind of floors and tell you how to choose the suitable floors. ^^ more

I just decorated my house. I want to buy a new carpet which is more fashion than the old one. I went to Floor & Design because I saw their reviews on line. It seemed a good store. A salesman who is kind served me, he introduced various carpets. And tell me how to choose the right carpet. It was really nice to talking him. I?d like to do business with them again! more

I was looking to replace carpet in a rental home, and went to this store, after seeing one of their advertising. Their showroom is huge and well organized with many samples. I told the salesman what I wanted to do and he took me to my choice. I am glad that I chose them. more

Floor & Design was a knowledgeable store which is selling beautiful flooring in Austin. I heard it from many friends. They all recommend it to me. So I bought hardwood floor 2 weeks ago. What a pleasure to work with them, and the various installers that represented their company. I do recommend. more

I was looking for Laminate flooring one week ago. And I heard Floor & Design from my brother. They bought wood flooring from them last year. So I came to the store. They were warm and made my first impression so positive we went back after looking elsewhere and compare the price. The salesman was very helpful and very patient. He answered all my questions. Their price is also competitive. more

Floor & Design was great to work with and has helpful ideas on design. They have a wide variety of flooring and from many manufacturers so there is no problem finding the right combinations of floor products. I needed carpet and Laminate Wood floor. the best engineered wood I?ve bought 8/5/2010

The flooring looks great and is scratch resistant. I bought the Royal Acacia wood from them. Easy to clean, Environmental Protection, no need to touch up with paint. I?ll continue shopping with you. Thanks for ur good product! more

1. The laminate dusk walnut is as beautiful as it on the pic 7/31/2010

This product is awesome and is very beautiful once it?s on your floor. We put this in our bedroom of the upstairs . It was easy to put in. We did it together as beginners on the weekend, pulling up the carpet was harder than putting this floor down. The color, finish and shine off of this floor is amazing, I would highly recommend it for people who like dark woods and warm colors. more

professional and fast install 7/27/2010

I bought floor from them half a month ago. Their installer came very fast after order. All board should be sanded, filled and sealed after installation. They are very serious-minded and professional. They complete knew how to install, make level and no gap, that makes it easier to clean. Good job! more

I bought floor from them for my new house. My fianc? and I are planning to be married after 3 months. She preferred fancy looking floor and I preferred practical and firm. We searched many companies; try to find a store that can be satisfied for both of us. But it?s so hard. ?. Fortunately we found this company. We found the floor both beautiful and practical. I do recommend this store more
