These guys installed wooden flooring in our house few months ago. The room had total refresh after that. We wanted to order the same floor for 3 other rooms. the reason of I choose floor & design again is that the store is really good ,the best service .the reasonable price and the most important of all is that it can satisfy all my demands. my fiance is a precisian ,floor is an issue that causes arguments between us , he perfer the floor can raise the value of our home,i need it easy to clean 1st ,cuz there will have many housework after married ,when we went to Round Rock store and ask for floor ,the shopkeeper knowledge of the products and ability to understand my needs was very helpful,at last we choose one with low price and high quality,the most important it's easy to clean , more

I went to the Round Rock store and I liked the layout of the store and really helped me pick flooring, but the upside of that store ends there. The shady salesman came to my home and provided me a quote, but then tried to change the price several times a few days later. After finally getting him to commit to his original price, I was told that it was up to me to count all of the boxes of tile and wood because it was not their responsibility to ensure they delivered the right amount (!). The installers of the tile were chronically late and some of the grout lines are mis-aligned. The failed to nail in a molding.. didn't re-caulk the bathroom.. took off with my extra tile.. and killed some of my grass in the backyard where they dumped all their wasted grout. The only reason why they got one star is because the hardwood flooring installers were friendly and did a great job. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Heard them from one of my friend. Me and my wife went to the store during the weekend. Their show room is awsome, just so different. We picked our favored color in 10min after weeks of battling with my wife. This is the first time we find something we both like. The product we picked they have in stock so we got installed in the next day Fast!!! Pros: Great Price, Carry Great Quality Product Cons: Hope they have a store in Round Rock more
