I know this was probably an off day... I visited Flint upon receiving an e-mail about a sale. Among the items listed was a pair of greatly reduced headphones. I needed the headphones and I don't have a lot of money so I thought I'd take advantage of the sale. When I went in though, there were maybe 5 customers all waiting around and maybe 3 sales people, also all waiting around, nobody doing anything or making a move to tell me I'd be taken care of. I guess the computers were down or something. I finally got frustrated and impatient and left to go to the grocery store. When I came back about 30 minutes later, I got a sales person to help me, but only to be told that the headphones advertised would not be in stock until the last day of the sale. Which seemed sort of silly. Frustrated again, I left.
Another time, I brought my apple lap top in and the power cord got lost while it was in the care of the store. The one that replaced it was not Apple issue. That was sort of a bummer.
