I came in with a broken Lightning USB charger for my iPhone. Withou needing to explain the issue beyond showing the broken cord, I was given a replacement cord and rung out prompt...

Have had some good experiences, some disappointing - hoping to see improvement. Always willing to pay a little more to stay local and get the service, but not 5X the price on sim...

I have had great experience at Flint through out the years. Every person in there is knowledgeable and polite. When they've come to install at my house, they have been professional and polite and very patient helping me to understand how it all works. I have and will continue to recommend my friends to shop at Flint Audio Video. more

I purchased a tv for my bedroom, it was delivered and setup the same day. I purchased a second tv for the family room. Had it mounted on the wall and wasn't sure if it was high enough. The owner called me in four or five days to see if I was happy with the height of the tv. I said I would like it a few inches higher and the next day the technicians were here to move it up. Excellent service. more

A no nonsense approach to audio video retail. Knowledgeable staff, no pressure to buy "this brand", good pricing. I even sent my mom there without me because I knew they'd treat her right.Been a customer there for many years and would never buy a component elsewhere. Dan Thornton more

The staff has full knowledge of what there selling they don't miss a beat. they know all about the products they sell. there setup and delevery service is tops. the owner is tops as well. Flint Audio video sell to notch products. in my opion they have better prices better products then the big box stores. and better help and support then the big box stores as well Flint audio video the way to go if your looking to buy for your home more

We have had Flint come to our home to install many pieces of equipment, including TVs, surround sound system, stereo equipment, and sets of speakers. Their prices are comparable (not cheap)to other big name stores and the customer services is excellent. Even when problems arise, which is seldom, they come back and correct it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I am and will always be a Flint Fan !! 12/13/2010

I have been a Flint customer for years. I have purchased all my computers and electronics from Flint: 4 TVs, 2 computers, boat stereo, 1 iPod, tape deck, tuner, turntable and CD player. I have always found the owner and staff at Flint to very helpful, courteous and knowledgable. I have never waited more than a few seconds for someone to welcome and help me. They helped trouble shoot my digital outside antenna (actually sent someone to my home) when the TV changed from analogue to digital. When I had trouble with my new Sony HD TV remote, they sent someone who checked it out, said there was a problem and immediately replaced the whole setup, no questions asked. The big box stores don't do that!!! I have always found Flint will try to match prices with most retailers. I have sent many, many people to Flint, none were disappointed.
