Doesn't live up to the hype!!! 9/2/2009

Studios are smaller, poles are closer together, no one-on-one attention. You feel like they are just trying to make money off you and don't care if you're learning/comfortable/ or having a good time. Hard to find parking you don't have to pay for. You can buy a whole months worth of exercise at a great gym for what one class costs! Old studio was way better. They've lost me as a costumer since I've found another in-home studio for a much better price! Pros: None!! Cons: Way over-priced, they try to pack too many into a class. more

Classes are Great!....Studio is NOT SANITARY! 6/5/2009

The instructors are amazing, talented and so much fun. I know that they can not do much about this, but the manager tells them to re-use the dirty towels, and the matts do not get cleaned properly, and do not ever use the weight gloves!!! (they have never been cleaned.....sweat is incrusted on the gloves!) Pros: Instructors are amazing and fun!! Cons: Studio mats, gloves, towels, and bahrooms are not sanitary more

Hmmmm... 7/15/2008

I'm kind of disappointed in the studio/company since they have moved to Washington Avenue. The classes are over-crowded, and Maria charges WAY more now! I think they've become over-crowded and overpriced. The old location had 2 HUGE studios and it was a better space for dancing. The only pro to this place is that they have more poles. But then of course, that means more people and less room to dance. Pros: More poles Cons: Overcrowded and over-priced more

So much more fun than running on a treadmill for an hour. The studio is a fun and comfortable place to work out. All the staff is very friendly, and has tons of energy. I was scared to go, but after only my first class I was hooked. Even if your not a dancer this place is great!!!! I highly recommend it to everyone. more

Best Dance Studio in Minneapolis! 12/10/2006

Flex Appeal studios is the most beautiful dance studio I have ever seen in Minnesota! Pros: Beautiful studio, comfortable atmosphere and inexpensive. Cons: parking is minimal close by, but there is prking availabe at MCAD across the street. more

Best bachlorette party plan anywhere in the midwest. My girlfriends found this studio -thank god they were going to take for drinks at Mall of America (boring) 8/9/2006

Best fun I have had all year!!! 9/1/2005

Exotic dancing is the funnest and best workout I've had in a long time so much more fun than the gym...we also had my girlfirend's bachlorette party at the studio!! It was great!! Pros: great music, beautiful studio, calming environment Cons: great workout, inexpensive, great girls nite out more
