Consistant with Everything 8/19/2002

As a hotel Concierge i have had the opportunity to send many guest to this restaurant. i also take the opportunity to dine at this restaurant as often as possible. The service is the most consistant of any restaurant i have been to. The servers are knowledgeable and friendly and extremely willing to help make yours a memorable dining experience. Though the hostesses have fallen short of my expectations more than once. Without question the food is spectacular. Both in it's presentation as well as it's taste. The sides are big enough for 2 or 3 people to share and i would highly recommend the Fleming's potatoes! A great restaurant indeed. Pros: Service, Food, Atmosphere Cons: Price, Hostesses more

I am not a big steak eater but Fleming's is without a doubt the best steak I have ever eaten. From beginning to end, my meal at Fleming's was the best. The crab cakes are out of this world! My steak was so good I literally could not stop eating it. Then when I didn't think it sould get any better ...there was the fruit cobbler that was better than my grandma makes and that's saying something. If you even like steak...you will LOVE Fleming's. Best steak in SLC 7/8/2002

I've been to almost every steak house in Salt Lake several times and this is the best. Steaks actually cooked correct- and served pipping hot in hot butter, yum!!! Price are very steap, so not a family place, but a great place to treat yourself to a nice dinner, and the service was superb! Pros: Food, Service, Location Cons: Price, Parking more

Not impressed 6/3/2002

Great Atmosphere. Average food. Filet was very salty. Ordered medium rare, received rare. Service was very slow but they did give us free dessert for the wait. Not worth the price. I'm sticking with Spencer's! more

Classy 5/16/2002

This place is great for a date. We had a couple drinks and dessert. We haven't eaten dinner their yet. I hope to soon, but the bar is a good time for starters. more
