Fledderjohn, Erica R, MD - Pediatric Associates-Greenwood

We were very pleased when we started going to this office in 2003 and continued to be for quite sometime. However over the last few years it seems to me that there is either a huge problem with those who create the schedule or the doctors just don't respect their patients time. Our last visit there resulted in us deciding to find a new pediatrician for our childred. We waited in the waiting room for over 45 mintues past our appointment time with no communication from the front desk as to why. If this had been the 1st ocassion of this happening I wouldn't have been so upset by it but unfortunately it has happened several times. They need to be more respectful of their patients time when booking their schedules. I've had a few other issues with there office that has pushed this decision along as well. I just want people to know if you have all the time in the world to sit in a waiting room filled with sick kids especially when you are there for just a yearly check up then they are a pretty good group if not then keep looking. more

I have taken my 12 year old here for almost 3 years. And now my 10 month old goes here. I love the doctors. They are caring and take the time to review questions and concerns. You don't feel rushed out of the exam room, and yet, they still manage to run very close to on time (as opposed to most doctor's offices). The office staff is knowledgeable but don't overstep the bounds. They are very helpful and will do whatever they can to help you and your child feel better. I would highly recomend this practice. My older son has had a couple of medical issues and the doctor's do not hesitate to refer you out to a specialist, if necessary. However, they don't needlessly worry you either. more

This a group of pediatricians on the south side, in Greenwood, I had used them for several yaers with my children until they hired some really bad office staff! I have had nothing but problem with their office staff, they think they are the doctors. I have also had problems with their paging service. The doctors are ok but not topo concerned abou tht quality of the office staff! more
