I leased my second BMW from Flawless 2 weeks ago. Absolutely happy with my BMW , they deliver it to my BH office and took my lease return ( the one that I leased 3 years ago from Flawless again. Thank you more

The whole ""Auto Group"" is just one man,Arman Mkrtchyan whose dealer licence has been suspended for all different kinds of illegal activities and who is under criminal investigation by LAPD. He is a con artist and a criminal. Stay as far away from this guy as possible - if you do business with him you might be in a lot of trouble.This is a professional opinion of somebody who is not just a customer,but used to work at ""Flawless Auto Group"". Neither the physical address nor phone number are real - he has been thrown out of this facility long ago and works illegally from his apartment. more

bait and switch, their price are much higher than the dealers when you actual seat down and do the deal with them. Why pay the middle men, any dealers Internet managers should be able to beat their ACTUAL price quote by a bunch. more

They quoted me a purchase price that is over what I could get at a local dealership. I don't see how these guys are brokers and are able to get lower prices for a lease. I asked about the price quoted on the site (which I know is a stripped down basic model), he said the site hadn't been updated in a long time, and that the prices weren't accurate. Don't waste your time with these guys. more

I just recently purchased a BMW through Flawless Auto Group and I can say without a doubt that it was the easiest, most seemless auto purchase I have ever made. I will never in my life go back to buying straight from a dealer! I had actually tried to buy a car through BMW Monrovia before discovering Flawless and when I told the salesman there the price I wanted to pay, he literally laughed in my face and said it was far too low. I later found Flawless through an internet search and was hooked up with a broker named Hamlet. I told Hamlet the price I wanted to pay and he not only found me a car at that price, but he took care of everything for me. All I had to do was show up at the Flawless office and sign a few pieces of paper and Hamlet handed over the keys to my new car. It was SO INCREDIBLY EASY and FAST and - best of all - I did not have to deal with a car salesmen! I will be using Hamlet and Flawless Auto Group for all of my future vehicle purchases and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. more

This company used false advertisement in my case. They advertised a particular vehicle special, however, they were not able to honor it. Their alibi was that it was merely a typographical error, nevertheless, there was no disclosure stating that Flawless Auto Group is not responsible for typographical errors! By far the best place you can lease a car from :} Flawless Auto Group made it so easy for me it took about an hour after I called to get my new BMW 335 coupe ..... highly recommend them if you want to buy or lease a car more
