A first class operation. While I was there a very unreasonable customer really was pushing. Management was very tolerant and tried everything in the book to satisfy him. The customer was rude,uncivil, management kept their cool. Cheers for the company this time. more

Jerry is honest- does not fix what isn't broken 3/14/2014

I have a 1993 Oldsmobile so I really don't want to sink a lot of money into it. I just want it to run and be safe to get me back and forth to work. Jerry is great, he will tell me what's important to get fixed now and what I can wait on. " if it's not broke, don't mess with it" he tells me. I have been there three times and will continue to have Flawless be my " mechanic". more

There are very few mechanics that are reliable and most importantly. HONEST. This is all that. I'm a single mom and this is a place i know I can trust if they tell me something needs to be done I know they are telling the truth and not just trying to gouge me. more

Oil Change 2/21/2014

I had to wait there from 10:45 AM till 12:50 for an oil Change and look at the muffler. I found it too long. Secondly I never got any detailed reading of an oil change. I have no idea what was checked and its status. When asked I was told that wait another ten minutes and we will write it for you. Not acceptable. more
