EXCELLKENT SERVICE. FANTASTIC REPAIR. CAR IS ALL ELECTRIC, GLASS FELL INTO DOOR PANEL, MECHANIC CAREFULLY RAISED WINDOIW AND WEDGED IT TO CLOSE WINDOW AND KEEP FROM OPENING AMND CLOSING AS WE COULDN'T AFFORD $599 TO &600 REGULATOR REPLACEMEWNT AND LABOR, MOST PLEASED WITH RESULT. MECHANIC ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DOING THE WORK. POLITE AS CAN BE AND WAS CONCERNED FOR ME AS A PERSON, NOT JUST AS A STATISTIC AND MONEY, VERY CONSIDERATE AND RARE TO FIND. more

Have a beater of a car but Flawless keeps it on the road for me. I couldn't ask nor find a a better repair place. Honest, good prices,polite and very knowledgeable about cars. I'll never take my beater to any other place but Flawless! more

My suggestion is that when you have an appointment to fix the car and they are running late that they call you and let you know so you can plan accordingly. more

Trustworthy 5/1/2013

My father was a mechanic and use to take care of my car in the Midwest. I have looked for a automotive shop to service my car right the first time and listen to my concerns if and when I have concerns. I researched Flawless and found only great things. I have been looking for over 15 years and it feels good to have someone I can trust my car with. You guys are awesome. more
