Had not heard much about this restaurant which is fairly new to the island. Stopped in for a glass of wine one night and the intimate, attractive space and very friendly staff convinced us to return the next night for dinner. Very glad we did. Great menu, ordered 3 courses because everything sounded so good. I'll admit we went in with not so high expectations, because the restaurant doesn't seem to be discovered yet (it was about 1/4rd full the Friday night we were there). But everything was fantastic - fresh, well cooked, and in hefty portions - grilled stuffed calamari, mixed seafood ceviche served in a huge martini glass, grilled hearts of romaine, mahi mahi with mango, a GIGANTIC pork chop so thick it was served standing (self-supported) on its end, banana's foster. Great wine list. And the staff, which appears to be family, was so friendly, and so interested in making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We were pleasantly impressed and very happy. \r

It's a bit hard to find, behind NY Pizza near Coligney Circle (near the Sandbar sports bar). The food is of the quality (maybe better?) than the excellent (and very busy) Sage Room next door. So next time you'd like a quieter, or different experience, or they can't fit you in the Sage Room, try Flavors.
Pros: Food, staff, wine list
Cons: Hasn't been discovered yet, so may be too quiet for some.
