For the quality of the food, wine, ambiance, and location, I don't mind living w/ the spotty service. Sometimes the service is just fine, other times you get someone who keeps forgetting things, or doesn't communicate well, or doesn't understand how to explain the food on the menu. But the food, that's outstanding almost always. And the prices are very reasonable, including you can get 1/2 glasses of wine if you chose (I think it's a choice of 4 oz. vs. 8 oz. pours) plus the wine list is very nice.
I've eaten here quite a bit, and here are the things I highly recommend, and so far find outstanding (copied from the menu):
Steamed Mussels- In Garlic, White Wine & Aromatic Spices, Grilled Herb Bread
Warm Olives-Medley of Marinated Mediterranean Olives
Molly's Humus- Garnished with Warm Flat Bread, Olives & Local Organic Tomatoes
Smoked Salmon-Garnished with Olive Oil, Lemon, Capers, Parmesan; Carmelized Onions Pizzetta
Molly's Chicken - Slow Cooked, Middle Eastern Spices, White Wine, Citrus, Creamy Potatoes
Flat Iron Stake -Sauteed Onions & Mushrooms in Red Wine, Creamy Cheese Potatoes, Olive Butter
Spicy Garlic Chicken Wings ~ Blue Cheese Dressing (the spices also have ginger, yum!)
Grilled Lamb - Skewered Center Cut Sirloins of Local Lamb, Baby Artichoke, Parmesan Polenta Cake
There are still things I want to try, but have not been disapointed yet.
Also had Eggs benedict for breakfast once. It was Awesome - plenty of sauce, and cooked to perfection.
Pros: Excellent Food quality / price ratio / nice portions
Cons: Sevice is spotty (sometimes good, sometimes not)
