Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. Flatbread appears to be the only casual dining option in Portsmouth and so it draws a lot of families in addition to those who don't want to spend a lot on dinner. They told us it would be a 40 minute wait, it only ended up being about 20 minutes and the hostesses were pleasant. The space is interesting, not what you would expect from the outside. It's huge for one, and there's not much separating it from the pizza prep area and oven, which is fun and provides for entertainment during your meal. We ordered two large pizzas for two of us. I thought it would be a lot, but we were hungry and ate most of it. We ordered the Community Flatbread with caramelized onions and mushrooms, and special that day that had sliced apples, prosciutto, an apple cider sauce, and gruyere cheese. Both were excellent. A little more topping and a less ample crust around the edge would be nice, but really solid pizza.
Pros: Stellar food
Cons: Expect a wait on Sat night. Or possibly any night.
