Flanders Heat & Air Systems

I went through a complete remodeling of my house and I dealt with over 15 different contractors. Flanders Heat & Air Systems are one of the only two that I would recommend. They were on time and did what they said and more. They met all of my expectations, which is hard to find these days. They had good service and excellent employees who were all fair and honest. I already recommended them to a dozen people and I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend them and will use no one else in the future. Just fantastic. more

We worked with Flanders Heat & Air Systems on two different occasions. The first time was for a furnace upstairs and the second time was for one downstairs. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and worked really well. We ran in to a few situations, but they worked until everything was resolved. I really think highly of the firm and they always did what they said they would do. We never had problems getting our calls returned. After the first experience, the second time we called them, we just had them come on down with no questions asked. I really like that we can have the confidence in them to perform quality work and service. It was a great business experience. more

I've been using Flanders Heat & Air Systems, Inc for over five years. As a residential customer, they have worked on a rental property of mine as well as my own property. They provided me with new equipment when necessary, but provided there was no emergency, they didn't replace something when it wasn't necessary. I'm also a contractor, and they do all of the air conditioning and heating system work for my additions and remodeling projects. I've always found them to be reliable and very cost effective! more

Flanders Heat & Air installed and repaired furnaces for us, and when the air conditioning stopped working and the furnaces went out, they worked overtime to fix everything as fast as possible. They're awesome, The technicians know what they're talking about and don't try and sell you something you don't need. more

Flanders Heat & Air Systems have great phone support, and they've got great follow-through. They also have excellent customer relations with my tenants. They do and complete what they say they will. The technicians are friendly, courteous, and always clean. They really do a nice job. more

Bret from Flanders Heat & Air Systems knew exactly what to do. He went right for what he thought the problem was. He didn't have to mess around and build up to figuring out what was wrong. It's a pretty old unit, and he did his best work on it to get it working again. Bret came out a couple of times to do the job. He was very thorough and very quick. He was also pleasant. I'm usually by myself when we have these kinds of service calls, and I didn't feel like he was a threat to my well-being or anything like that! more

We had to use this service from our management service. This is the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. We had been waiting for them to come and fix out A/C. When they did come out it was very fast and they mentioned they needed a part. Fine that happens ... but we had a huge party with family coming in over the weekend. We mentioned to them we would like them out before the end of the week like wed or thurs. Just to make sure that it would be fixed in time for the weekend. They would not do that they said it had to be Friday. So we had no choice! We waited they finally came back out and left within an hour. The air was blowing for a few minutes they concluded it was fixed. One hour later we called them back to tell them it was making a crazy loud noise. Then I told them that it was not cooling it was just blowing air then it would stop. We went on and on they said they would try to send someone back out. By the afternoon I called to remind them that we needed them to stick to there word. They told us it would be fixed by friday. During this call I was Yelled at then hung up on! They do not have a clue what customer service is! They dont stick to there word and still havent fixed it correctly! Pros: NONE! Cons: Getting yelled at then hung up on when you have a problem! Terrible customer service! more
