Worst

I grew up going to Geauga Lake and Sea World. It has been awhile, and I had not been there since Six Flags took it over. I must say it was quite disappointing after finally going....

Can be dissappointing 6/1/2006

I have been going to SixFlags/Geaga Lake for most my life. I find it expensive and boring after a while. If you don't want to go to the water park then you'll find yourself sitting around wondering why you spent money. You can have fun there but it is best during Halloween. Also don't carry a backpack. You'll have so much trouble with it, they made me keep it on during rides and then the rides never buckled completely because of it. I swear I was going to fall out! Also they need to do more maintence to the park. Pros: 3 parks in one Cons: expensive, poor maintence, Backpack unfriendly more

Save Your $$ for Cedar Point 6/17/2003

I grew up going to Geauga Lake and Sea World. It has been awhile, and I had not been there since Six Flags took it over. I must say it was quite disappointing after finally going. It looks like all they did was build a bridge between the parks and add a few rides. Most of the park looked run-down, the paint was peeling, rust and debris everywhere etc. In my opinion they have no right charging $40/ticket + $8 parking (more than Disney!) for the experience. If you have kids they will have fun, but as far as adult theme parks there is no reason to choose this over Cedar Point. Cons: Expensive more

Something for everyone 8/19/2002

With the water park, the sealife show, and the amusement park with everything from rockin' roller coasters to bumper cars to kiddie rides, you can't go wrong here ... There is fun for all ages; truly a great outing! Pros: Fun, Variety Cons: Price, Parking (long walk), Long lines more

Total Family Fun 8/2/2002

good park - bring your own food/drinks! 7/30/2002

I've been a die-hard fan of Cedar Point my whole life, but the ride/water/animal park combo at Six Flags makes it a better family getaway. My biggest surprise at Six Flags was the high prices! Having lived all over the country, I've been to many amusement parks, and this is one of the most expensive I've ever seen. Even having lived in Los Angeles and been to Six Flags Magic Mountain & Disneyland, I was not prepared for the high prices of edibles & drinks at World's of Adventure. And if you wear a shirt, don't expect to be able to enjoy all of the water park features, like the water slides & wavepool... they'll throw you out! No shirts allowed. Pros: 3 parks in 1, very clean, affordable souveniers Cons: hi priced food & snax, $10. for a locker!!!! more

Cleveland natives used to regard Six Flags as the place to go when they didn't feel like driving all the way to Cedar Point. In truth, it's a great amusement park in its own...
