Class act 8/18/2010

I saw an advertised price from this dealerships website. I came with a copy of the ad ready to hear that the vehicle wasn't there or that they can't honor that price because I heard this from every other dealer in town. But the saleman as well as the managers were very professional, polite and friendly. The vehicle was there, and they honored there price and gave me a fair vaule for the vehicle I traded in. I've purchased many cars in my life, and it's always been a bad experince. I can honestly say, Five Star Chevrolet is a Class Act and I would recommend them to anyone.? more

I am very pleased with Five Star Chevy 8/4/2010

I have been to numerous Chevy dealerships in different states for different reasons, Five Star was by far the most friendly and helpful. I was upset with the dealership we bought our Silverado from in Michigan and because of it almost jumped from Chevy to Ford, but the dealership here sure made up for it. I won't take my vehicles (Cobalt and Silverado) to another dealership if I can help it. Everyone from the receptionist, the techs, and even the salesman I talked to while waiting were all professional and deserve kudos. I am very pleased with Five Star Chevy. more

I have to admit I was some what skeptical about buy from this dealership after reading these reviews, man these reviews were way off. I had a great expercience and the sales staff provided the best lever of professionalism. From the moment i drove up I was greeted and asked all the right things, the salesman actually helped me find the perfect SUV for me and my family. I can honestly say if you read these reviews and you take them to heart you are going to be let down. you need to go in for yourself to see how well they treat you.? more

Satisfied Customer 7/22/2010

Me and my daughter have just relocated here from Florida. We were in the market for a small preowned car for her. I called the dealership to inquire about the diffrent model, and the sales consultant advised me to come take a look at the selections. I was impress with the large selection I was able to choose from and the salesman was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions. I will admit I was reluctant to go out and look around for a vehicle, because I am a woman, and all the horror stories I've heard. But the folks at Five Star Chevrolet made me feel at home and no pressure. I am a satisfied customer, and I am a customer for life :) more
