Fishey Business

I know of at least three people who bought puppies from them. The pups came down with Parvo a few days after bringing them home. 2 had to be hospitalized (accumulating very large vet bills) and one pup died. In one case, the pup was returned and all the money, vet bill included, was given back to the customer. The owners refused to pay the entire vet bill for the other pup, which I think should have been their responsibility considering the pup was rushed to the vet and hospitalized not even a week after the customer got it home. Fishey Business sells sick puppies. Who knows if they actually disinfect the kennels after they find out about a parvo case. Do they notify the other owners of litter mates that have come down with parvo? I highly doubt it. I will never step foot in Fishey Business again. There customer service is...wait...there is no customer service! It doesn't even deserve the one star rating. more

This is an OK place. They don't have a lot of dogs to choose from but you can always find a cat or fish here. In the spring and summer you can buy some nice koi for your fish pond here. They also have fish ponds outside so you can look at their 2 foot long HUGE koi's. This place is clean but sometimes has that smell. But then I guess when you sell animal supplies, there will be a smell. The staff is friendly and courteous. Parking is good with easy access to the main road. more
