High Quality, Fair, Honest & Reliable! 3/30/2011

I own a Auto Shop in Redmond. These guys are the best I have worked with in a long time. I have been their customer for three years (maybe a little more). I find them to be honest and diligent in their work. All the staff have been professional and patient in my interactions and my customers. The prices are fair and more competitive vs the other guys prices. And, they are certainly experts. more

Fisher's Towing has restored my faith in humanity 2/10/2011

I had Fisher's Towing tow my truck and trailer last month and they were awesome, good service, good price, etc. But what really impressed me was that I just got a call from their secretary notifying me that MY assistant had double paid them. I own a small clinic in Snohomish and this oversight could have gone unnoticed. Any other business would have gladly cashed the two checks and never hear from them again. more

Fisher's Towing = Extremely Excellent Customer Service. I have never had a towing company treat me as well as Fisher's does. I have a small Trucking Business based out of Northbend and I found my driver's trucks on the side of I-90 today at the top of the pass and of course I called Fisher's and they were there almost immediatley to help me yet again and tow me down to the Peterbuilt Shop in Seattle. They are just the best in the Northwest! more

True Professionals! 2/9/2011

There is no question that Fisher's Towing is the leader in their field. They take pride in their work by always staying on the cutting edge to sharpen their skills and gain expertise. After suffering through several expensive failed head gasket replacements on my Truck in a short period of time, they recommend Duvall Diesel (equally awesome btw) and I had them tow me several times. You must experience Fisher's Towing's customer service first hand to see that they are indeed second to none! - Wendy more

WORST OUT THERE 11/1/2010

I left my car in Grocery Outlet parking lot for a little over 2 hours and it was towed by Fischer Towing. At the time I wasnt aware of what sort of documentation they needed in order to tow a vehicle, so I paid the outlandish $500 bill to tow from Grocery Outlet to Fremont St (less than one mile) NOW i know they are being reported left and right to the State Patrol office in monroe for not providing proper documents and therefore unlawfully towing. If you have had a problem with them or were unfairly towed call the monroe state patrol ask for Javan James who is investigating them. more

Confession! I LIED and am sick about it Please Forgive Me=( 9/20/2010

So, I have a confession to make, I used to work for the Sky Valley Towing and they were slow the weekend of Labor Day, September 6, 2010 so they had me in the office writing false bad reviews about their completion and good reviews about them online. I didn't want to do it at first, but they forced my hand and told me that I HAD to lie and write these false reports or I would be fired! In this economy, I just couldn?t afford to lose my job even though it?s crappy and the pay sucks?that?s another story. Well, amongst other lies they wanted me to fabricate like falsifying office files, I just couldn't do it anymore, so I had to quit! My user name that had me use was "monroebill" on Citysearch and the title was "Thieves". I don't have access to that account anymore since I forgot the password so I couldn't delete it like I wanted to they had me make so many fake accounts I couldn't track them all down... I actually don't know the Fischer's at all and I just feel sick about what I did. So I'm doing the best I can to try to correct the wrongs I did and set the RECORD STAIGHT for all those I hurt in the process I AM SOOOO SORRY! Please Forgive me Fischer's! Don't hold my stupidly against me. I am reporting what they made me to Labor and Industries so Sky Valley Towing cannot victimize other employees and other good upstanding businesses the way that they have victimized me. more

Six Star Service! 9/20/2010

I'm a student driving a three quarter ton 4 wheel drive Chevy that broke down the other day when I was out braffing, I called around and found that these guys are the cheapest by far, and when the tow truck driver from Fisher's showed up the service was good, and he was looking out for my best interests, he told me of a great auto shop to get it towed to, and took me there. My truck was fixed up later that day, and the ordeal cost me about half of what it could have thanks to these dudes at Fisher's Towing! more

Absolutely the BEST Towing Service! 7/30/2010

Let's face it, needing a tow is never going to be a positive experience, but Bob at Fisher's Towing came close! Service above and beyond, in a difficult situation (of my own making), on a Saturday afternoon, all for a reasonable price. All my previous experiences with towing varied from bad to very bad. This one was as good as it can get! Yeah, it was a spendy mistake, but I drove away feeling rescued, not raped. Whatever the reason you are looking for a tow, I highly recommend Fisher's Towing. Pros: 5 stars! Cons: none happily more

Cell Phones for Soldiers Drop Off Location in Monroe, WA! 3/31/2010

I was looking for place to donate my old cell phone so I googled and learned that Fisher's Towing is a Cell Phones for Soldiers drop-off location. A nice woman sweetly greeted me upon my arrival helped me carry my big box-o-old-cell phones out of my car and told me how much she appreciated the donation. Are you kidding me, you are thanking me?!? NO thank YOU for helping out our troops make free phone calls home! I really appreciate the awesome community involvement that you don't see much around town anymore. Pros: Cell Phones for Soldiers Cons: I wish they could recycle my old computer too! more

453.65$ for 3 blocks....WTF 3/6/2010

So my mother in-law was parked at the grocery outlet in Monroe, she comes out and find that her car has been towed. We finally find where the car went, and here it goes! Three blocks away Fisher's Towing has towed her car to their yard. We asked who called? No one. NO ONE! Why did you tow the car? Because we tow cars for the land owner that don't appear to be legally parked due to the high number of skiers that use the (public) parking lot. We called the sheriff, he said it was legal, but not moral. .....so, okay, how much to get the car? So with the half day impound (forty min.), after hours (Sat 2pm), open gate fee (?), that'll be 453.65$$$. I can not believe these people, as if thing are not hard enough, this company is demanding outragious payment before you can recieve your car and go on with your life. The really shotty part about this is we all know it will cost you more than the companies fees if you don't have your car! I hope the earth opens and this company falls in!!!!! I found Fisher's Towing on City Search while on business and the reviews were so good I had to use them when I broke down on the way thru Monroe and needed a tow. I live out of the area and of course was skeptical, but they really lived up to my high expectations. They quickly towed my Audi to a local shop. Most people who come to a impound yard after having wrecked their car or gotten arrested for a dui or a suspended license are probably not the nicest people themselves. Fisher's Towing knows how to handle these difficult people AND they charge alot less than others out there and they are so nice to work with. Pros: Great Pricing & Fast, Nice Service! more

Finally Someone Who Cares!! 7/22/2009

Fisher's Towing towed my wrecked Focus after a I fell asleep at the wheel and planted myself into a ditch. When they winched me out, they were understanding and compassionate recommened a good body shop to fix me up. I would totally recommend Fisher's Towing to anyone!! Worst tow company in the U.S.!!!!!!!! 9/23/2008

After wrecking a car, Fisher's towing was called to the rescue. Unfortunately, that couldnt be farther from the truth. The car was towed not more than 1 mile to thier tow yard and the cost was absolutely outrageous! Not only was the tow driver misleading about the total costs, he looked like he stepped off the set of the movie Deliverance. Two days later we went to get the car out of the yard to get a estimate. The bill was over $700! Not only was the bill out of this world, but I have never been treated with such degradation. I hope nobody will ever have to deal with this company the way I have. Cons: where do I start? more
