I have used Fischer Plumbing twice now and both experiences were tremendous. I would not hesitate to use them again. Initially, I had used another plumber and was not pleased. Fischer Plumbing was recommended by a friend of mine when I had an emergency this past weekend and had to turn off the water in my house. Fischer Plumbing called back quickly, gave me time frames as to when they could be here, and followed up to let me know when the plumber was going to arrive. There was a pinhole inside of the wall that they repaired and gave me a new spigot. The work that they did was quick and painless. I had them come back a second time to do a clean-out today. I highly recommend Fischer Plumbing because they are very knowledgeable and tidy, which is a plus. They also are great communicators. When they show up they're usually fine, but this last time they just didn't show to a scheduled appointment, not even calling, then when they had me leave a message with the scheduler, that person never called me back. Some of my other experiences with them have been 4 star, some 3, but anyplace that can completely drop the ball twice in a row can't be considered reliable, especially when folks depend on them to deal with emergencies. more

We initially used Fischer Plumbing to deal with a major disaster we had 5 months after we moved into our house that involved replacing 30 ft. of sewer line. Fischer Plumbing was highly recommended by colleagues of mine who owned homes in Seattle and by our Chubb insurance adjuster, who had used them several times for her own home. Our house is 108 years old so, after Fischer Plumbing resolved the initial plumbing disaster, we started using them for other plumbing issues that came up. We love the plumber, Dennis, who has done a variety of projects for us, from replacing toilets to re-plumbing the kitchen, basement bathroom and basement laundry room. I feel very safe when Dennis is in my home. He is honest, straightforward, and does good work. I am selective in terms of the people working for us, and I would highly recommend Fischer Plumbing. They have never had to come back to fix something that they did; the issue has always been something new on our end. Fischer Plumbing also is accommodating even though they are a relatively large company. The service is very personalized. It feels as if we are using a small, hometown plumber. more

I experienced incredible service from Fischer. Dan was excellent and as a property manager I've worked with plenty of plumbers. Fischer is by far the best I've worked with, they were on time, did the job quickly and had all the tools need to perform the service with little interruption to the tenants. \r BTW the project is near 98104 in Seattle and it seemed as if they were their within 10 mins of calling them. This time I checked Citysearch - since my own business is listed here and my customers have posted dozens of good reviews (and a couple not so good) , I know it's a reliable resource. One plumbing company had a bunch of consistantly terrible reviews and I was glad for the warning. Fischer had great reviews and I decided to try them. One plumbing company had a bunch of consistantly terrible reviews and I was glad for the warning. Fischer had great reviews and I decided to try them. The reviews were right on, and I'm happy to add mine to the bunch.\r \r When I called them the receptionist was pleasant, she had a licensed plumber call me back and he gave me a pretty good idea of the cost over the phone. (some companies charge $75 just to tell you they'll charge an arm and a leg.) The guy from Fischer showed up right on time. He was well groomed, very pleasant and polite, worked neatly. He installed a toilet on a cement floor where none had ever been; though he had to drill the cement to put in bolts, he had the entire task accomplished in less than an hour, with a bill about half what several others quoted. I'm sorry I didn't get the individual plumber's name, but he did a great job and I'm very pleased. I've already referred this company to my brother and to my leasing agent (she could REALLY use a better plumber-her guy overcharges and underperforms.) \r \r I'm glad found these guys and will certainly use them again. I was very impressed with Fischer Plumbing. They were highly recommended and I could not have been happier with the service. The technician, Dan, was extremely considerate, had a nice personality, and was very clean. He put on booties over his shoes, which I appreciated because I have light carpeting in my house. He also put on gloves to fix a handle. He replaced a couple of the insides of my toilets and explained everything so that I understood what he was doing. I have used other plumbing services that were not as considerate, respectful, and clean as Fischer. I would definitely call them again. In fact, I have one more toilet that I want to replace completely and I plan on having them do it. Carol Burton more

The techs are so incredibly knowledgeable, so considerate and reassuring, and the work is the best: they did everything required without pushing us to do more than was needed, and they did it efficiently and thoroughly. The people in the office are so helpful and thoughtful, no matter what the question or concern. Everything about this company is great. We would never use any other plumbers, and have recommended them to everyone we know. more
