FirstBank

I typically can't make it to the bank on time when it's open and usually go by their ATM shortly after closing. This bank has glass windows everywhere so you can see inside clear-as-day when it's dark. When I drove to the ATM the other night I noticed most tellers and some bankers drinking alcohol while holding cash in their hands!!! I don't feel comfortable depositing there anymore knowing that the people fidicially responsible for my money are intoxicating themselves while counting it. more

I've visited different 1stBank locations and I've been a customer for over 6 years. I love them! Overall, they have great customer service, their staff is competent, friendly, and people just seem happy to be working there. I've always been treated nicely, and I always feel like they have the best answers for every question or need I have. I will not name banks specifically, but I can say that most banks have a lot to learn from 1stBank. Pros: Happy, friendly, knowledgeable employees. I switched from Vectra Bank (I was with them for 8 years) to First Bank two years ago. I looked at many other banks and decided on this one because my fiancee banked there and he assured me it was a great bank. I love it! The tellers and staff are very friendly. You never have to wait a long time. The ATM is open 24 hours and is a drive through. Everything we needed we could always get fast and effectively. They have free checking, insentive programs, free checks, loan options, and great customer service. Everyone who works there knows what they are doing and never give you a dumb look. At Vectra I was faced with long lines and only one teller who was good at what she did. First Bank has yet to disappoint. They have easy online banking, good phone customer service with 24 hour access, free debit, and free ATM charges if you use their ATM. Best of all.. they are open on Saturdays and until 6:00 on weekdays. Pros: Everything you'd want in a bank, great customer service, no ATM fees, free checking more
