First Tulsa Title Co

Asside from the usual hiccups that accompany a loan closing, First Tulsa has done a good job. The peole are very friendly, and will either wisk you thru the closing, or take the time to explain each sheet in great detail ... whatever you prefer. more

First Tulsa title is TINY... only about 5-6 peole, half the size of any other company. Yet they do just as much volume as the big boys... just because there service is so good. They call you regularly and let you know how the title work is progressing, so you're never in the dark. more

If you've been reading my other reviews, you've seen that I've used a LOT of closing companies in town for rental properties we bought. But my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE is First Tulsa Title. They're super small, just a 5 person office, but they're amazing. They get things done, call YOU with updates (rather than the other way around), and close quickly. My favorite closer over there is named Laura... a spunky older woman who tells you what's going on with no sugar coating (she's used the words "realtor" and "idiot" in the same sentance... giveing us enough info to make a fuss of our own and straigten things out). All in all, I'd rate them higher than any other closing company in Tulsa. There fees are in line with everyone else, maybe even a bit lower (since they have lower overhead) more

I've closed on 2 houses at 1st Tulsa title... there's been a little hiccup each time, but they've worked hard to make things right. I'd say that counts for more than if the hiccup hadn't happened in the first place. more
