First Team Honda

I read the review below me, written in 2007 and had to update everyone. I've been doing business here at First Team Honda for 4 years now and have grown very fond of the place. My salesman, D.A. Young and Sales manager Adam Fink got to know me, my wife and kids by name and are absolute class acts. They were here for me before, during and now way after the sale. I live closer to another dealership and drive way out of my way to service and buy all my Hondas from First Team. more

Do your self a favor and go to another Honda Dealer. I bought my car at this dealership because it was close to home, what a huge mistake. I ordered an Element 2008 I did not want. The interior was a different color, and the accessories I wanted were not available. This model also had carpet instead of rubber flooring. The money for the arm rest had to be refunded after waiting 4 hours for the instillation because they also did fit in this model. Since It was ordered from another dealer and plates issued they would not cancel the deal rather only offered me to trade it in for another car on the lot having me loose 7,000 dollars when they didn't have what I wanted originally. I still have the car hoping to sell it so I can go to another dealer and get what I wanted in the first place or just learn to like this one. I love Honda but this dealership is horrible along with the slow service I would do a lot better driving an extra 5-6 miles to another dealer more

While the dealership is at least 45 min away from me, we are very happy with First Team Honda. We normally buy our Hondas elsewhere, but found a great deal with a great salesperson/friend at First Team and decided to try it out. The service was great, they are always helpful if something goes wrong with the car, and they make sure to get everything done when planned so that we don't have to make the drive numerous times. If you live close, definitely give them a try - it will be worth your time! more

We went here for the purchase of our new mini van. The sales person wasn't very knowledgeable about the van. That was disappointing since this is a very highly recommended vehicle. He was very pleasant showing us the van and helping us compare it to the Pilot. Plus very nice to our 5 children, he had a lot of patience with them. The staff made the transaction very nice and easy plus hospitable. I was upset that they didn't go over the check list so we left without a full tank of gas and some small imperfections on the paint of the van. We would go back. PROS: good inventory, pleasant staff, great wait room CONS: service could of been better more

i would recomend buying from this car dealership they are very nice people and not too pushy. they let you figure out what you want and not push you into buying somthing you don't want. more
