First Class Auto Service has been all good. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody. I've been going there for about 10 years now, I followed Ray there. I don't have to worry about anything when I take my car there, I know they'll always fix it. more

Ray and all the guys at First Class Auto are EXCELLENT individuals to deal with. It's really kind of like dealing with family. They would never try to rip you off or over-quote you, or do anything like that just to make a quick buck. They are fair and do what they say they're going to do. They come in early and stay late. They always make room to get you in, and their turnaround time is wonderful. I won't take my car to anyone else, and as long as I live in Phoenix, I will continue to use them for all my car's needs. more

Very dependable and usually their estimates for repair are right on 2/22/2013

Ray and his team do very good work and estmates on repairs are usually right on. I have had four cars thru there over 10 years. Definately recommend them. more

Best Mechanic shop in the valley 1/25/2007

Great place to take your sick car into. I feel that they were very honest and gave me a smoking good deal. Allot of the times I feel mechanics try to gauge you with things and expenses you don't need. They do an honest job there for a great price. They will forever have my business. Pros: Very effecient and the communication was great more
