First Choice Emergency Room

I took my son to the FCER due to chest pain and the service there was amazing. We were greeted with a friendly smile and we were in and out of there within an hour. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They quickly ran test and xrays to determine what was going on with my son.. thankfully it wasn't nothing serious. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family.. Thanks FCER Pearland for being there for us! more

Woke up with my ankle hurting really bad. I was in and out of First Choice in about an hour. The staff was very caring and worked fast in getting reports, x-rays and pain relief. We have visited First Choice a few times before and have always loved how the staff treats our family and is always willing to answer questions and help in any way possible. Will be using them again. more

My husband was having sudden dizzy spells and nausea. Since he had a history of Vertigo, and we were needing to see someone right away, I chose to take him here. Everyone was professional and so caring. They treated us both like we were the only ones there in need of help! We will certainly use them again for minor emergencies. I brought in my son in for flu like symptoms, the service was outstanding. They treated him very well, comforted him during the check up, and confirmed flu within 30 min of arrival. I would recommend this ER. more

We had a great and FAST experience at First Choice Emergency Room. My daughter had to get stitches, we had no wait, and were in and out with a happy daughter in less than an hour. Attentive and fun staff. We are lucky to have First Choice so close to home. more

My name is Cynthia Rodriguez, I brought my husband, Larry Rodriguez, in on June 15, 2013 due to a swollen elbow. Upon our arrival, the staff proceeded to take care of us in a quick, professional manner. Overall our visitor to this first choice was OUTSTANDING!!! I will definitely be using them again, when the time comes. On a scale from a 1 to 10, ten being the best score, I would give them a 10+. more

I brought my 6 month old daughter in the middle of the night with breathing problems.First Choice treated us WONDERFUL and took us right back. We were treated with respect and were quickly taken care of! FIRST CHOICE ROCKS! more

I was so very disappointed in the professional behavior of this staff. I was out of town and my son went to get his meningitis shot for college. His upper lip swelled up tremendously and he sent me a picture of how swollen it was. Both myself and his sister, my daughter, are RN's. We decided he really needed to go to an urgent care clinic as he would be alone during the night. So my daughter took him to Pearland ER. The nurses were rude and all but nasty explaining they were a real ER, and it wasn't like they could take the shot out of him. My daughter politely explained he might need a steroid shot. as it appeared he was having an allergic reaction. While waiting to see the doctors the nurses stood outside of the room he was in and said how they would need ""to be on Fire"" to go to an emergency room. The doctor did give him the steroid shot and within an hour swelling was going down. So they did assist him. BUT, do not go here if you think your going to an urgent care clinic. Either be on fire or have a limb torn off. more

I had an accident on the river and needed to be checked out as quickly as possible. They were able to see me immediately without any wait and were able to perform a CT and x-rays in their location without having to send me elsewhere. The results were immediate and the doctor was able to prescribe the necessary medicine right then. They even called to check on me the next day and sent me a get well card. They are so attentive that I'd go there even if they weren't the closest ER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more
