Honest pricing and great service 4/5/2014

Surprise Car Care provides great service with honest pricing. I was quoted $430 for "really difficult" job by the car dealer's service shop. When I called Mike, he told me it was an easy job and it only took his tech 20 minutes to do. I saved hundreds of dollars when I went to SCC instead of the dealership. I'm very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone. more

The mechanics are honest, trusting & nice. 3/6/2014

I took my vehicle in to be looked at knowing there were a few things wrong with it. Mike let me know which things I should get fixed right away and which things I could wait on. I will definitely bring my vehicle back. It's nice to know when I leave my vehicle actually got fixed and I can trust them. Unlike other chain car repair shops. more

Mike worked on me electrical problem for several hours and found that a dealership needed to re-program my gauge cluster. He cantacted a local dealership and confirmed the repairs needed which made it easier for me to have the work done without having to re-explain the problem. The thing that impressed me the most...Mike did not charge me anything. $0. Who does that today. I will take all my cars to Suprise Auto Care for everything. more
