Bought tires from them in August 08 and am now having them replaced 4 months later because 3 of the 4 tires are off balance by 3 to 4 oz...yes, that much. The tires are defective...

Bought tires from them in August 08 and am now having them replaced 4 months later because 3 of the 4 tires are off balance by 3 to 4 oz...yes, that much. The tires are defective. Also got new brakes when I got the tires. You guessed it...I have been back 4 times for squeaking. After replacing the rotors, they are still squeaking. I officially gave up in December and went to the dealership. You pay more, but you get what you pay for. I won't be going back to any Firestone. more

GETS THE JOB DONE! 7/21/2005

Firestone is more than just tires. I get all my oil changes done here. They do great work. I had my A/C, radiator, and manifold worked on here. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to this location. I've even taken my vehicle there an hour before closing and they still got the job done. The staff is very couteous. GREAT PLACE. more
