I've been a customer off & on at the Danvers store since 2004. Mid-decade was not a great time for this store but apparently that has all changed. Made a first thing alignment appointment (online no less) & was taken first even though there was a guy in front of me (very long time customer as I found-out) because I had an appointment.
The alignment was done correctly, quickly, & they didn't try to sell me a thing!! Yeah, it stunk to be the other guy & they only had 1 tech on from 7-8 a.m. on a Saturday but my experience was excellent & the Manager was top notch. Very impressed, hope it continues...
