Firestone Complete Auto Care

The staff at this firestone is why I keep coming back. The people working on the cars know what they are doing. The people helping the customers actually CARE about ME and my Family; I am doing this review after my most resent experience. I came in thinking I needed a battery. Come to find out my starter was bad. (They replaced my starter 2 years ago). Knowing that it was out of warranty I told them to replace it again. I go to pick up my car and pay. The manager told me 50 bucks! It was ($300) last time. He then told me that I had a broken drain tube that was letting water leak down on to the starter and because he didn?t know if this was the root cause of my first starter failure or something new he was warranting this starter and restarted my warranty on it from today.\r \r Truly Amazing Service. \r \r Oh yeah and the real kicker here? FIRESTONE has allot of really good deals.last winter when all the tire center's were really pack and i needed tire's really bad (before the big snow storm hit) they took extra time and stayed later they were supposed to close to make sure that me & my children were gonna be safe.very kind & very professional more

This center not only has tires, they also have car service. And in this town, auto service for cars is tough. Ive had used cars up to recently, and when I needed service, this is the place I go. Brakes, oil changes, electrical issues, exhaust problems; this Firestone center handles most of the servicing needs of most models of cars. The store is large enough that you can wait in comfort while the work is being done, or you can head up to the stores located in the same shopping center. They do provide a customer waiting area, with coffee and TV if you want to wait. Their pricing is in line with the repairs being done. Their expert staff knows what they are doing, and will send out work to other capable repair shops when they can not perform the service. Then there are the tires, which is their main focus.
