This place proves how inefficient and unprofessional the industry can be. I may not be certified ASE but I have NEVER taken a car apart before confirming I had the right parts.
So I went in to plan the work ahead. I told them what I needed done and that I was willing to pay for the parts ahead of time to minimize the wait and maximize efficiency... They seemed confident and told me they opened at 7am. They did. However, no one was available for a courtesy ride until 9am and the parts weren't pre-ordered as arranged so wouldn't be there until 10:30. They are fully aware that I work the graveyard shift and had stayed up after a twelve hour shift to bring the car in. I finally get a ride and wake up at 4:30 because no one has called me. They say they will pick me up after 6 when the shop closes for me to pick up my jeep, and then call me 45 minutes later to let me know that they just noticed that they had the wrong parts (at 5:15) and that there was nothing they could do. They offered no assistance, or accommodations of any kind. The staff was as friendly as lake full of crocs.
Really???? Customer service is not just dead, but extinct in this location.
I am a single woman living halfway across the country from anyone I know, the car rental place has no cars, and they don't offer loaners or any kind of accommodation when it is their fault? So I bear the brunt of the poor planning with my apparently endless and non-valuable free time. Don't bother unless its something basic that will ensure you are back on your busy and important way asap. Good Luck in your search. If I find a reliable and service oriented local mechanic for moderate to major repairs I will post.
