Fireside Firewood

DO NOT ORDER WOOD FROM THIS GUY! I asked for wood to be delivered after 5:30 and he shows up at 10 o’clock at night! Then, while I am getting my tape measure and flashlight he backs up into my driveway. While he does this he hits a main branch of my well-established tree (1' in diameter and about 30' high) bends the branch back about 4 feet and literally splits my tree in half almost to the base. I could hear the crackling from inside my house! I run out and saw the damage and this guy, Chris, tells me it’s my fault because I wasn’t guiding him back. Then he tells me the crack was already there! OBSERD! After this he still insisted I buy the wood, there was no way to measure the cord because it was all thrown about in his truck. I ended up not buying the wood and he gave me attitude the entire time. PLEASE, never use this guy. more

If I could give a rating of below poor I would! I called these people on a Saturday and they assured me they deliver to where I live in fact they told me that the day before they had delivered to my street! He (Chris Headrick) told me he would call me on Monday...he did not...I called him on Tuesday and he scheduled me for delivery on Friday...they did not call or show up on Friday...on Friday afternoon I left a message...he called me back on Saturday morning all apologetic and rescheduled me for Sunday morning! Four hours later he called me and was very accusatory about things that made absolutely no sense...he basically was accusing me of calling him over and over again and wanting a delivery the same day I called...which was totally not true...he was yelling at me on the phone...totally unprofessional in my opinion...while I was trying to get a word in...which he wouldn let me do...he told me he would not deliver to me and then proceeded to hang up! I understand that companys have the right to not deliver to certain places...but after they scheduled then rescheduled a delivery this made absolutely no sense...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! It wasted a whole week of my time and now I still need wood with bad weather on the way! Pros: Pros: Absolutely Nothing Cons: Cons: Everything more
