My car was brought in for one problem and left with another issue that I believed was initiated by their repair. When I contacted them to check the initial repair due to the new problems they stated that the original repair was fine, they don't know why the secondary issue and stated they even went so far as to ""check the fluids in the vehicle as an above and beyond service."" Call it perhaps ironic, but my power steering fluid was completely drained. The pump was whining and steering impossible to control. It took (2) bottles from the local Auto Zone to refill and correct. So was this a get even tactic or just irony. I know I will not go back there. more

Went in because I was getting a bad misfire even after spark plug replacement. Check engine light on. $1,290. later, they replaced the intake manifold. After getting the car back, I discovered they over charged me $201.53 for a part they got at Autozone. This is the exact part I asked about and they told me they dont like this preticular brand. I trusted them to use there ""better"" $450 part later to find out I just got the same part that cost John Doe $249.99 at Auto Zone They also told me they would install motorcraft wires. they charged me for motorcraft wires but installed some cheap garbadge. Car now smells like burning oil, never did before this repair. They did not fill the coolant up all the way. It was full when I left it for service. Am still getting a check engine light. After contacting them about this, they said it is typical to over charge $200 for a part. If you are stupid, dont care about money, like getting lied to, want crap parts, and have all the time in the world to get your car fixed, GO HERE! more
