Worst

Check engine service was performed twice but the problem was not solved. I have traded the vehicle. Other service has been performed well in the past.

My car went in for a transmission service and an oil change, sharing with Brian that I needed the car back ASAP, since I was taking care of my sister's 17 year old dog. The mechanic got the car back to me before the time Brian had offered. Too, this was a service I requested and scheduled. I am delighted that my car is shifting more smoothly and running great. All the people I've dealt with at Finn's since I started going there when I moved to Webster are very honest and do not try to sell you service that isn't needed or overpriced. For over 45 years I did all of my cars routine service and repairs like brake jobs, cooling and electrical systems work etc etc. I know cars inside and outside and feel very confident with the people at Finns. more

Timing belt for 2010 Equinox 7/11/2013

I would give a mixed review of this repair. It took longer than expected but Finn's gave me the use of their loaner car. This minimized the impact of my car being in their shop for a couple extra days. The repair came cost to the estimated cost but took a couple extra days more
