It was a bad experience as soon as I entered the back offices, after waiting for the normal 15 mins in the lobby. The first set of test wently fairly quickly. However after that it went down hill. I had abnomally long waits, my doctor didn't know I was a new patient until she walked in the room. Asked to see the box so she could get the old presciption, which I wasn't told I needed to bring. She had me do 3 more test that didn't take but 5 minutes but then I had to wait another 20-25 while she went to see another patient. She didn't have the time to do a more thorough exam because I needed to leave. I had been there for an hour and a half already. So the bottom line was for her to say she would just reissue a new prescription under the old one. Even after she said I had additional things that needed to be checked but we didn't have the time since I had to leave. Wasn't an hour and half enough to do a thorough exam? This is not Walmart type of set up, but I will say I received better service and better communication from the Walmart optometrist. The entire visit was ridiculous for a professionnal service.
Pros: They have Saturday hours
Cons: Many and varied, lack of information and communication to no sense of time
