BELITTLES & IGNORES U. SELECTIVE CUST. SERVICE 10/14/2010

Walk into the store and the selections are good, but IF they acknowledge you, you're lucky. They eye u up and down first and then decide if you're worth saying hello to. Makes you feel really uncomfortable from then on. They call "favorable people" "sweetie" and "honey"...cashier looks 20. Paleease. Snootie and snubbish employees making $10 hr and this is at a USED clothing store? Come on. Take your money and go to the OTHER dozens of better consignment stores around town. more

Fantastic! 5/29/2010

The clothes are to die for! Everything in there is hand picked and only the best designers are selected. The customer service great: you're greeted when you walk through the door, informed about sales, and catered to throughout your entire shopping experience. I would highly encourage anyone interested in consigning and shopping to check this place out! more

Awesome Merchandise Selection 1/30/2010

I visited Finer Consigner for the first time today. They have a awesome selection of designer items. I didn't find anything on this visit but due to the Great customer service and Great merchandise I'll visit them again soon. Pros: Best Selection of Designer Items Cons: price and sizes more

End of Season Sale and staff was GREAT 2/20/2009

I went to this shop on Valentines's Day 2009. As I was turning in the parking lot I wondered why was I coming back to this store because the customer service is very selective (catering to certain customers while ignoring others) so I made a mental decision that this will be my last visit. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door and was greeted! as well as assisted the entire time! ( what store did I just enter?) I had the best shopping experience since finding this store in 2005. The entire staff was friendly and helpful!!!!!! I know I probably will not get the same mix of employees upon my next visit (oh how I wish I could) but I will call first to at least see if Donna is working! I am not sure if she is the owner, but she truly knows how to treat every person that comes through those doors! I will only come back to shop if Donna is working on Saturdays!!! I will give this visit a 5 star however, the overall ratingis a 2 star. Pros: great end of season sale plus Donna and staff on duty on 2/14/09 Cons: not all customers are treated the same more

Best consignment store in Atlanta 10/27/2008

This is by far the best consignment store I have ever been to! They are picky when obtaining used clothing which translates into the best finds for consumers. In fact, nearly all of my jeans come from here- I have gotten Hudson's ($20), Citizens ($15), People for Peace ($50), and Chip and Peppers to name a few. Additionally, a lot of their items come with tags still attached. Alpharetta is an affluent area so this really is no surprise. And, to piggyback on that statement, I have gotten a pair of jeans there that still had a tag on them (from Intermix) for $180, as well as a Marni skirt for less than $50 that had a tag reading $400 on it. They have great bags, shoes, jewelry, and clothing. Since I started shopping there (probably about 5 years ago), I would say 95% of the time I leave their giddy, astonished by the deals I have found. A definite must for people who like to shop at consignment stores! :) Pros: Never too crowded, awesome clothes, great prices, THE BEST! Cons: um. nothing. more
