I called to schedule an appointment for two treatments with this Med Spa. I was told that I could only receive one treatment because of their ""Day of Beauty"" special offer and no more space available. Not a problem for me until I called back to cancel within the hour (I found another spa that could do both treatments)and was placed on hold for ten minutes. I hung up and called back about 15 minutes later; but no answer. I forgot about it. Two days later the manager called to confirm my appt. I told her about my attempts to cancel and she became unglued. Told me that they have an answering machine and if I had ""attempted"" to call the machine would have come on.
I could not believe it. I felt she was rude upon my making the appt,;but I dismissed it and scheduled it anyway and now she was calling me a liar. After the blatant rudeness today, I wished I had followed my first mind and just found another Spa.
I did call back and I spoke to said manager and expressed my disappointment with her handling of the cancellation. She apologized; but I felt it was a bit late. Wasn't sure if it was sincere or a result of me calling back.
I cannot say whether or not this spa is good; but I can emphatically say they have terrible customer service because it came from two different people. (Initial scheduling and when I called back a different person placed me on hold)
I refuse to spend my money with a company that can't get the basics right. I have been going to spas monthly for over twenty years and have never experienced anything close to this. I have never commented on a blog or written a review on any company; but I had to write a review on my experience with this one.
