My experience at Finally Free has been wonderful. The owner/technician is very thorough in making sure you understand the process. I am extremely impressed with the service that I've been receiving at Finally Free Electrolysis for the past seven years. The owners are very professional, friendly, trustworthy and experts in the field of electrolysis. During the initial consultation I liked the fact that the owner reviewed the root causes of hair growth and the technique/process that they'll be using during the treatment sessions. I received treatments for five years prior to Finaly Free Electrolysis and did not see any results. Shortly after I began treatments at Finally Free Electrolysis I saw amazing results and was very satisfied with the treatment sessions. I too am confused about the missing money reviews...you do bring your belongings into the room with you so I am not sure how someone could be stealing from your purse if its right next to you? In any case, I am very happy with the service and professionalism of the office. Prices are reasonable and best of all....it works!! more

I was just going to write on here about how great of service I have received and it amazes me to have read a couple of the reviews. I have had nothing but good service dealing with finally free. I have been going there on and off for the last 2 years and they are very professional and respectful. prices are reasonable and the results are fantastic. I will most definitely continue to refer my friends and family. I dumbfounded by how someone can end up missing money when you bring your personal belongings with you to the room?? Long time customer who will not be returning. The process has lasted far too long. I too noticed money missing and my appointments not lasting the time I was paying for. The staff was not compassionate and very difficult to understand (losing voice.) more

I've been to several other places and Finally Free is by far better than the others. The technicians are very educated and bring it down to my level. The technicians here are prompt, friendly, honest, and the service is reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else more

Finally Free has reasonable prices and an informative, professional staff. The initial consultation was clear and informative, and each question I had then or since then has been answered in a friendly, forthright way. It has always been like a friend was taking care of me.\r \r It would be nice if it was possible to get immediate, permanent results, but when I've tried other methods, they left unsightly burns and even a few scars. This method is the least invasive and safest that I have found.\r \r Professional, friendly, very reasonably priced, and doesn't harm your skin. What more could you want? more

I chose this place over others because it seemed to be the most reasonably priced. While I did notice results, you can get the same results elsewhere. Unfortunately I began noticing money missing from my wallet. Of course I didn't think it was anyone stealing from me, I thought it was my own stupid self. Then I started noticing the money went missing every Monday (the day I had my appointment). It took me over 6 months to pinpoint that every monday, 20 dollars went missing from my wallet. After being in complete denial that someone was stealing from me, I decided to test the waters. I counted my money in my wallet as I was in the parking lot one day, when I left, 20 dollars was missing. Long story short, keep track of your money, don't be naive like me, people are theives, don't go to Finally Free! more

Very comfortable treatment! Been treating my lip and chin for about 3 months now and I am already seeing great progress.\r \r They are also very professional and never keep me waiting.
