I have never been in such good physical shape. I have lost 30 pounds, wear clothes that I could have worn in high school and have been able to return to downhill skiing after 10 years. This is a very unique place for women to learn how to use weights to gain strength, how to eat to bulid muscle and loose fat and get awesome looking muscle definition, all in a comfortable women's only setting. The help you get is unbelievable. I hated working out because it was boring and usually aerobic - which I found to be uncomfortable, hard on my knees and joints and made me sweat.
