Positive experience 2/27/2012

I had a serious problem with a runflat tire on a 2011 BMW 75 miles from Palm Harbor. It was late in the afternoon and the Service Department had a new tire waiting and I was there for only 30 minutes right at closing. I have never had an automobile dealership experience as positive as this particular situation. Thanks to all who took the anxiety out of our visit. more
