Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind and Compassionate 2/12/2009

Ferguson Animal Hospital has been our choice for over 5 years now. Dr. Ferguson and the other doctors/technicians have been nothing but kind, compassionate, and professional to our animals. She even recognizes my dog and calls her by name when we meet on a local walking trail. Don't let ""rumors"" which could be from disgruntled employees, or a chatty receptionist keep you and your animals from quality vet care. See for yourself. Pros: Meds same price as online stores more

Someone gave me some bad news about Fergusons a few months ago, and to my surprise it was someone who works there now. I just seen her in there working last month, and she always answers the phone when i call and seems to have the answers to my questions when i call. I didnt pay much attention to what she said because she seemed to be aggravated by a comment she said Dr. Ferguson had said about her child that had gotten back to her somehow. I just changed the subject after that and just chalked it up to a disgruntled employee. I still go there for now. more

Every time I go in Fergusons its always chaotic, and there is a lady there that will NOT stop talking the whole time youre waiting for your appt. I hate to say it, but that is very annoying to me. I like to unwind while im waiting for my appt. since its usually in the afternoon after work. You cant do that with this woman in there, and the bad thing is she is usually talking about her homelife to everyone. Sorry but unprofessional. I wont go back anymore more

Best and most compassionate vet in the Tri-Cities! 11/13/2007

I used several vets in this area but not until I took my dog to Dr. Ferguson was I completely satified. I would reccommend her to everyone who needs a talented, compasionate, vet you can trust with your pets life. Take it from me ""Dr. Ferguson"" is my hero and me and Jose' are her biggest fans. more

Best Veternarian Anywhere 1/16/2007

Dr. Ferguson is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced DVM. She cares for the animal as well as the family. She is great in all aspects of animal care. Highly recommended. I have over 12 years experience with her services. more
