They are just nice people--the people who do the installation as well as Gary himself. I own a commercial office building that is 30,000 square feet. I've had Fenway Floors do a lot of carpeting for it. They make me comfortable. I just make the phone call, they come out to do the work, and I know everything will work out well with them. They are really caring about everything. If something is wrong with the installation, they come back and fix it. It's been at least three years that I've been working with them. I had worked with them before on a residential job. Now with all of the commercial jobs I have had them do I work with them often. They make everything look new and beautiful. more

As good as it gets! 10/21/2013

Fenway Floors is just user-friendly. They do the right research and do everything the right way. They accomplish what needs to be done. In my book, I wouldn't go anywhere else but to them. Every time I recommend them to someone, that person ends up saying the same things. Nobody is better than Fenway Floors. Ronnie Jossen more

I'm very satisfied with Gary and his service. 10/18/2013

I love Fenway Floors. They have worked with us several times and Gary always comes through. Whether it's a big job or a small job, he is willing to come and help. They put the rugs down in our building, which is 125 units. Just recently we had a problem where we had to dig up the lobby. They came here, removed the carpet, and re-installed it. Part of it can't be re-installed, so Gary's looking for something to put down temporarily because we're going to redo the building. It's his willingness to do those things that makes him special. more

Small town local business with quality service and top brands 8/27/2013

I am an interior designer, and I get all of my flooring from Fenway Floors. They carry about 80-90% of the top brands. They have excellent installing services. Pricing is fair. The owners are always there, so you feel like you're getting a nice hometown experience. The only reason I gave four stars for Total Experience is because I think the showroom could be better, but otherwise, they are the best flooring company in the area. It's a quality company, and I highly recommend them. more

My "go to" destination for carpet and floorcoverings 5/19/2013

Fenway is every decorator's dream Carpet destination. The customer service is outstanding. I receive quotes in record time for my projects; prices are excellent, as is variety of product and prices for residential and contract use. The labor is every bit as good as product and service, using the best lining for product chosen. more

We've been using Fenway Floors for our carpeting needs for 18 years and they always give us a reasonable price. Their installation service is very well done and very quick. Their people are courteous and the work looks great. They seem to know how to make a silk purse out of a mundane space. more

Fenway Floors replaced a piece of defective carpet in my home, in time for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. They bent over backwards to help me and were extremely helpful. They have my business forever. They provided outstanding service. They called me back when I called them. They were here when they said they would be. They were professional and nice. I just cannot say enough great things about this company. I definitely recommend them. more

Fenway Floors has done three rooms in my house. For the most part, they installed carpet, and wood flooring only in my dressing area. Everything looks beautiful. I am very pleased with them. more
