Over priced New Years Eve 2006 Winter Wonderland Event was not fun! Waited way too long for a drink that was water down!!! Bartenders are extremely slow when making drinks! Not too mention false advertisement for the event! "Champagne toasting" when my friends and I went to ask for our glass they said they were all out! Tell me how can a bar/club not have enough for everyone who paid $50 to get in. Anyone can do the math and add that with a capacity of 1000 and everyone paying 50bucks to get in, they should have left over champagne bottles! Besides the overpriced and poor service the music was not that great! Here's a thought save your cash for new years eve and throw a party at home! more

That just pretty much sums it up... you can check out live music, dance on the nightclub level, play billiards, catch great DJs without having to pay a huge cover, bouncers are not mean like most clubs in the city and if you're ever bored on one floor, there's always something else going on on a different floor. I went to the Halloween party last year and their NYE event... both were the best!!! A thumbs up to Josh--he's probably one of the nicest bartenders in the city. Thanks Josh. For my birthday over the summer, I got a big group together and got some booths on the 4th floor. We had such a great time that I would recommend Felt to everyone!! In fact, I have! The girls handling the guestlist (Rachel and Robin) were extremely accomodating and made sure we were all taken care of. Our waitress was very friendly and kept bringing bottles out for us as soon as we ordered them. The DJ played incredible music all night (including old school remixes that I never hear at other clubs). We all talked about this party for weeks afterwards and we're throwing another insane night on the 4th Floor within the next week! The dance floor was packed for my party and from what I understand, Saturday nights at Felt is the spot to be! more

Considering this place is 3+ floors, you'd think you can't lose....well, you can. Because of the size, everything and everyone felt disconnected. Me and five of my girlfriends went hoping that with each floor we climbed, things would get better. Then we got to what we thought was the top floor, stood in another line, paid another cover charge and went to the very top floor (apparantly their attempt at a VIP room). Two of us got in and the rest were turned away! Well that totally sucked 'cause we all came together so the two of us that got in to the VIP had to leave without getting our money back even though we stayed 2 minutes and we all got the hell out of Felt. I suggest sticking to smaller, more intimate clubs where you can actaully meet people, dance, drink, and have a good time. Felt seems confused on who and what they are. This club is good for hanging out with friends or to stop by and have a drink downstairs. The bar downstairs is nice and the second floor lounge is a fun place to hang out with friends and have some drinks and play pool. They charge too much to go upstairs to the only part of the club where you can dance. Music is decent but it is crowded. more

So I went for a girls night out to Felts Johnnie Walker Black Party a few weekends ago. The place was packed with beautiful people, there was great music, quick drink service, hot dancers and Jonnie Walker models you could get your picture taken with by this really cute photographer. The 4th floor had great dancing and a DJ spinning with a drummer playing along with him. We ended up meeting a bunch of guys up there with table and danced the night away. Next time they have a party my friends and I are definitely going back. more

I went to FELT for an after-work party with appetizers and pool. I came with about 15 people and the management staff and the bartenders were accomadating and extremely friendly! We played pool, listened to great music and then went down to their first floor and listened to their DJ spin some really good dance and rock music. I ended up staying the entire night, winding up in the 4th level club dancing with a bunch of people I met that night! Pros: hot waitresses, great crowd, great service more

I went to FELT last weekend with a bunch of friends and had the BEST time. The staff was so friendly and I didnt have to wait for a drink, even when the bar was completly packed. Great bartenders! I went to the 2nd floor and played pool while listening to the best DJ... The club on the 4th level had a great dance space and my friends and I reserved a booth while people watching and dancing! The best thing about Felt is its size, it has 4 floors and never feels overcrowded. As a result you almost never have to wait in line. The crowd is very diverse, as each floor draws a different type of person, so you can definately find your niche here. On the downside it takes FOREVER to get a drink, the cocktail waitresses are non-existant, and the drinks are horrible. The crowd is also hit or miss. I went to play billiards at FELT on a weekend night last summer. I was appalled by the number of poor players, the number of women sitting on the tables while games were being played, and remains of drinks that had been spilled on the cloth. Perhaps the name of this place should be SOAK! Not a place I would return to for a game of pool. more

I would not recommend Felt. The drinks were overpriced at $8 and up and not mixed correctly. The staff was unfriendly and the management was unwilling to compensate for poor quality and service. The atmosphere looked promising, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Cons: expensive, poor service more

I went to Felt for New Year's Eve 2006 with 3 other couples. We had a blast! There was great music, great dancing, hot bartenders, hot dancers, attractive people, and good drinks. The night was going great until we went to leave at 1:15am. We stood in line for the coat check until 3:00am!! There were numerous fights that broke out and no security to be found. They also lost a very expensive coat of one of my friends due to the lack of organization. She still has yet to get the coat back or some money back. It was snowing hard, so it was not a good night to go "coat-less." I think with some more organization to the coat check and some more security on staff, the night would have been perfect! I had my bachelorette party at Felt on Friday. It was a blast! The DJ was fabulous. Pros: fun, good service, great DJ/dancing Cons: expensive more

We were visitng from Miami, and went to Felt Club on a Saturday night to dance and listen to DJ's. We had a great time! The club was filled with beautiful people (great people watching spot)! The bartenders were gorgeous too. I felt like I was back in Miami! i didn't epect to find such a hot club in Boston, but we did! Pros: staff, martinis, music more

We had a group of 20 celebrating a 30th birthday. We had a great time! The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was fabulous! The music was the perfect mix, a little bit of everything, and you can dance, lounge and play pool. We rented 2 pool tables in the upstairs lounge, but we were able to dance around them. The DJ played everything from hip-hop to dance music. We had a great time, and best of all there is no cover charge. I highly recommend it, one of the best spots in Boston.
