Not paticularly responsive to the economy 9/21/2009

I went in to get an estimate on a bumper repair. They told me that it would be 1500 dollars to replace my bumper, 800 of which was how much they planned to charge me for paint(including labor). When I asked them if they could replace the bumper without the 800 dollar paint job they told me that they were required to charge me for paint matching etc. and that there was no way they could not paint it or refer me to someone who would replace it without painting it. more

Warning: Avoid this place at all costs!!! 5/11/2009

After ""repairing"" my car, they gave it to me without bleeding the brakes...which effectively means that I had no brakes as I was driving it. They claimed that they had road-tested it but that was an obvious lie because anyone that drove the car more than 10 mph would know there were no brakes! I could have been seriously injured and their level of unprofessionalism was shocking. If you value your safety, avoid this shop! Pros: I didn't die Cons: They gave me my car without brakes!!! more
