Reported my initial issue about my appliance to company before I left on vacation, and set up svc ticket with their recommended provider Feeney Brothers. Said they would call me 24 hours in advance to make the apt for Monday October 12. No one ever called me, so I called them on Monday the 12th and spoke to Victor to advised that William works on the type of appliance I had. Gave me his # and I called and then texted him. He said it would be that evening, I said any time before 5:30, never heard from him, followed up with him next day and finally spoke to him, he said he had no record of my service ticket, gave him that number and he said how about 2:00, I will be in your area, I confirmed said that was fine, he never showed up. I called him that day and he said I was there between 1-2? I said we set time of 2?? He said well there must of been a misunderstanding, so he said it would be 5 next day. He showed up and did a rinse cycle of the washer, and said it was the water pump which was not draining properly, said he would call Samsung, and let me know replacement costs next day by 11:00. Guess what, never heard from him, had to keep texting him, and finally called him Monday the 19th, and he said he was going to order the part, that he spoke to Samsung engineers and in fact it was not the water pump, but the coils needed to be replaced, so he was going to order 4 new coils. I said fine, he said he would give me an ETA, well still have not heard from him, I have since texted and called him 3 times, and he is not getting back with me. Called Samsung this morning 10/27 and they said eh closed the ticket since the coils were ordered. They called Victor who said he has not record of my service ticket, and that William was working it, so he wanted to defer it to him. I requested that they send me to someone who knows what they are doing and can service a customer faster than 3 weeks. They are not responsive and when I complained to Victor he laughed and said well he is my brother, guess I could fire him??
