Terrible Fed-Ex on Whipple in Canton. 7/6/2012

I wanted to mail an important piece of networking equipment to a customer using Fed-Ex Overnight Delivery.\r \r I called Fed-Ex Office Print and Ship Center at 5134 Whipple Ave NW in Canton, Ohio to see when the latest I could come in Saturday would be, and still have my item delivered Monday. \r \r They said 3:00pm EST. I arrived at 2:45pm EST with my package.\r \r They accepted my item over 10 minutes before 3:00pm EST, indicated that the item would ship that day, and gave me a printed receipt. I get an email from my customer today, Tuesday, telling me that he checked with Fed-Ex and that my package was marked "undeliverable" due to "poor packaging."\r \r I packaged the item myself in a high-quality, plain shipping box with bubble wrap and Styrofoam cushioning. The package was then professionally sealed using commercial packaging tape and addressed with a computer-printed pre-paid label from Fed-Ex. \r \r I own an online business and ship over 1000 items per year (thankfully most of them thro more

Very rude, talked to me like I was asking stupid questions ,at the end I left crying and all I wanted is to get a label with which my documents could get back to me safely instead of having foreign consulate figure out what to do with their paper forms. I did get fedex account ,didn't change a thing ,they told me to go and print labels at home online. more

Rude service, acted as if I was crazy for wanting them to actually work. They did get my cards in ahead of schedule, however failed to tell me that they wouldn't look exactly like the ones I had designed. Over all I'm okay with how the product turned out, but the service left something to be desired. more

This is the place to go to get copies of just about anything. The prices are reasonable and the employees are very helpful, sometimes offering advise on how to get the best deal. I've had several large copying jobs to do and I've taken them here and have never had any coplaints. I'll continue to go here. more

the only thing i can say about kinkos is they are open 24 hrs... i would not go to this place unless it was 3:00 in the morning and my life/futre depended on it! the last time i went there i needed to make some color copies for a poster for a school project... SCHOOL PROJECT!!! and they gave me this big RUDE shpeel about copyright laws! dont they know you have to site everything for school! morons!! thus i do not like this place and would not ever recommend it like i said... last absolute last resort! GO TO COPY MAX they are cheaper too!!!!!!!! PROS: absolutely nothing... except maybe their hours CONS: more
