I have been to many jewelry stores and I must say Federal Way Custom Jewelers is by far my favorite. As I entered the beautiful décor was the first thing I noticed. I then detected the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm cookies. This was a typical fairly cold and damp Seattle day so I made a beeline to the refreshments. \r \r As I glanced around and saw the cases of jewelry, I literally did not know where to begin. Everything was so creatively displayed and, Oh My, what a selection. This day I ended up selecting two loose stones and they made custom pendants for these. Every time I wear one, I always get compliments.\r \r As to the staff, they are so knowledgeable, courteous, very nicely dressed, and truly make you feel that you are receiving their undivided attention. I was particularly impressed with a young man named Sean. I strongly recommend this jewelry establishment to anyone whether you have a general or specific idea of what you are looking for, or just want to treat yourself. \r more

This is an experience. I was killing time and wandered into this place because they had the cutest little dog inside the front door. I walked into a old fashioned family business where people care. I was invited to just hang out while my husband had an eye exam next store. I saw stuff that I'd never heard of before, which was all beautiful beyond words. While I was there for almost an hour a customer told me how great the place was and the owner handed me a baked cookie and an opal and told me to go outside and look at it in the sun! It was really different. Guess what? I didn't even buy anything YET! Go there and ask them to show you the stuff you don't see anywhere else. I became engaged to my high school crush this past year. I think you should know I had not seen her for 35 years. I was tired of being alone on Saturday nights so I went looking for her. I received on both occasions the kind of service normally received standing in the store at the counter. My fiance then purchased my wedding band from Federal Way Custom Jewlers and received the same class A service. It was almost as if we were friends of the owners for years and they were treating us special. Well I know I will be friends with the store and look to them for future anniversary and Special Holiday gifts and the 3000 miles of separation will be meaningless. I love my custom made ring. It is admired all the time by everybody. They used a lot of gold in the ring. The workmanship is fabulous. I never thought that I could afford something like this. Then, I read the negetive reviews here and got scared. I even paid for to have it appraised again.
