I have been so put off by repair shops that do shoddy work, are poorly managed and are dishonest. I just had my first and I know it will not be my last experience with Federal Way Automotive & Radiator.I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and speed that my car was repaired.I could not be more pleased. more

They couldn't be nicer. 9/14/2012

Federal Way Automotive absolutely understands what I am talking about when I ask questions, and they answer them the best they can. I would say we have been going there for maybe five years now. Recently, I had a problem with my engine missing, and they understood what was going on and fixed it. I have a really difficult old car, and it's not exactly one of the easier ones to work on. It's a Cadillac DeVille, and they can be very difficult to work on. They're complicated because they have so much stuff on them, and even though this one is a '98, it gets complicated because it has so many computer systems. Federal Way Automotive is a family, and they couldn't be nicer people. They are super, super wonderful, friendly, kind people. They always know you by your first name, and they're really sweet. more

Pleased with the work. 9/13/2012

Federal Way Automotive have looked at several of our cars. They've repaired an odometer issue, and an air conditioning issue with a different car. What I like about Tracy and the gang there is they usually call and let us know what the problem is, and give us options and then we can decide what to do. more

I've lived in Federal Way for 20 years, and I wish I'd found them sooner. 8/10/2012

I have been going to Federal Way Automotive & Radiator for a little over a year now. I've compared some work I needed done with some other shops, and Federal Way was quite a bit less. Their work has always been outstanding. They are also good at recommending what should be done and what is not necessary. I have never had to go back after they have fixed something, and their prices are reasonable. I've lived in Federal Way for 20 years, and I wish I'd found them sooner. more

Electrical work is like trying to find a broken piece of straw in a hay stack. But they did it. 8/9/2012

I am so thankful for FW Automotive. I had a short somewhere that my windows, mirrors nor would the radio antenna go up and down. All those wires in my 2001 Ford stationwagon, and they found it. I love my car and now I can use the windows and everything. Ye Haw. Pat, the machanic is the best, however, I have to say everyone was great. Now for my truck, I need to get that in next. more

FWA&R deserves a 10 star rating as far as we're concerned!! 8/4/2012

We can't be more grateful to Tracy & Ron (& AAA for recommending them!) and their employees for the absolutely wonderful work, care and conern they gave to us and our "little 91 Mazda PU" .... they're a long distance from our home (the truck broke down when our granddaughter was using it to drive home to Portland) but if we ever need in-depth, and quality work, for any of our vehicles, we certainly would consider the distance just to be assured that we were enlisting the best in the business. They gave us personal care - not the "run of the mill, stuff" and the truck "purred" on the way home north of Everett. We feel certain, no questions asked that if we have any problem with any of the work done, FWA&R would honor their "return policy" ..... thanks again, folks - good job and keep smiling!! Federal Way Automotive & Radiator was recommended to me by Les Schwab. The engine light was on in my CTS Cadillac. The personnel was friendly and professional. The problem was identified quickly through a diagnostics test. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend them to others. more

Wonderful job 7/12/2012

Federal Way Automotive & Radiator replaced my brake pads and rotors. They did a wonderful job! They found the source of the problem in a singular assessment and had an extremely good turn around rate. I'm very happy with the service and the cost. more

Federal Way Automotive & Radiator rocks! 7/9/2012

I've been going to them for a long time and they're awesome! Their honesty and integrity is superior and it's a place that I trust. They don't rip me off. They don't sell me anything I don't need. Let me tell you how great they are: I was getting ready to go out of town and my car was low on oil and I didn't know what kind to put in it so I actually called them to ask what kind I should get. Ron said, "Just bring it in and we'll take care of it." When he was done I asked him, "How much is it?" He said, "Don't worry about it." more

Best vehicle service company I have ever dealt with. 6/15/2012

I have multiple vehicles that they have serviced for several years. Federal Way Automotive & Radiator is always eager to please. They listen to your problems, and when you have your car in for routine services, they look for problems you might not know about to keep you from ending up broken down on the side of the road. I can't say enough nice things about them. more

I have been going to Federal Way Automotive & Radiator for I don't know how many years now! They take care of the problem as quickly as possible. In emergency situations, they take care of it right away and get me right on the road! Federal Way Automotive & Radiator is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Their techs are master techs, of course. They are very knowledgeable and fast. They keep me going! I've been using Federal Way Automotive & Radiator for 10+ years! more
