2002 Jetta Repair 3/9/2014

Consistently Excellent Service 3/1/2014

Fee Issues 2/21/2014

I loved how welcoming and helpful Tracy was but, I was not told that I was being charged for some of the service and products she was speaking to. I felt slightly duped. The car service was fast and she asked the mechanics to be thorough so, time will tell if the up-sell on the radiator fluid was worth the cost. more

A family 2/20/2014

I am from a small town where we all use the same mechanic. This is the fist automotive place I have been too where I felt that same love. This place took 100% care of me. Other place where either rude or tried to rob my money. This place gave me options stayed in contacr with me the whole time my car was in the shop and cared for me. When you are too the point where you no longer are worried about the next issue your car will have because you know you have an amazing mechanic. Then you have it set. I am so greatful for finding this place I love the work they did and the customer care they had. I will never go to another mechanic. I advise everyone to go to federal way automotive. Look at the reviews on here even. You won't find a better place I guarantee it more

fuel pump relay 1/29/2014

unknown cause for engine stop breakdown. Ron & crew quickly identified the cause (fuel pump relay) and got one in from the dealer and fixed. more

Afforable Service with a smile 1/15/2014

Returning satisfied customer again, Excellent diagnosis and repair done on time and on budget. I take my vehicle in for annual service to make sure everything is in working order and necessary repairs are done. Federal Way Automotive and Radiator is very thorough and ensures that my vehicle is in top working order for my safety. Thanks Ron and Tracy and Bill for the excellent service.
